Snow Plow Truck Dangling Over River In NJ Storm Cleanup

A plow truck was dangling over a river in New Jersey on Monday, according to news reports, and workers were working hard to make sure that it stays above water.

News media were on the scene capturing the event after the tow truck reportedly crashed through a gate. Here is the video of the truck being hauled back to the ground:

The tow truck incident comes as Gov. Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency for the winter storm that hit New Jersey on Sunday and Monday. More than 12,000 were without power.
